Alloa Athletic Academy is seeking enthusiastic, ambitious and committed coaches to join our Academy Programme for the 2026/27 season.

We are currently recruiting for the following paid positions:

  • Under-19 Coach
  • Under-17 Coach
  • Head of Goalkeeping

All roles will report directly to Head of Youth, Tony Massie, and offer the opportunity to play a key role in the development of young players within the Alloa Athletic Academy pathway.

Successful applicants will work within our academy schedule, with:

  • Training on Monday and Wednesday evenings
  • Fixtures on Friday and Sunday
  • Home matches and training based at the Indodrill Stadium

We also have various roles that we would like to fill. Whether you are a student looking for placement, or someone wanting to get involved in Academy football, please consider the following roles:

  • S&C Coach
  • Volunteer Coach
  • Physiotherapist
  • Media
