Jamie back with "Wasps"

Alloa were boosted by the inclusion of Jamie Stevenson in “The Wasps” line up today at Shielfield Park against Berwick Rangers, Jamie has rejoined the club on loan from Greenock Morton initially until Christmas. Alan McGonigal’s side had scored six goals in midweek beating Airdrie United 4-3 before losing 3-2 to Hamilton Accies and included three ex Wasps – Stuart Callaghan, Ian Little and David Greenhill in their team. The wasps had the best of the first half, but it was not until three minutes before half-time they took the lead after Jamie Stevenson was fouled in the box and Steven McKeown scored the resultant penalty kick. In the second half Alloa started to dominate and further goals from Joe Andrew and Iain Campbell made the final score 3-0.
