    Wasps show great discipline

    Tuesday, November 08, 2011 8:51:44 PM

The Wasps recorded their second victory this week after a battling 1-0 victory over Clyde at Broadwood Stadium. Paul hartley's side went ahead after only 2 minutes when Graeme Holmes scored his 2nd goal of the season. In the opening 30 minutes Alloa played some attractive football but the game changed in 32 minutes when defender Fraser Forrest was red carded for two hand ball incidents. This changed the game with the home side gaining lots of possesion but failing to break down a resolute Alloa defence. In the end Paul Hartley's team held on for a deserved three points and now look forward to a trip north on Saturday to face Peterhead.
