Alloa Athletic manager Jim Goodwin was today delighted to bring in Celtic's youngest-ever player and goalscorer, Jack Aitchison on loan until the end of this season. The eighteen year old striker graduated from Celtic's school of excellence at St. Ninians Academy in February, 2016. Already Jack has made three first team appearances his debut v. Motherwell on 15th May, 2016 in 7-0 victory, with Jack grabbing the seventh goal. Also been capped at Scottish International at U15, U16, U17 & U19 levels.

    Jack Aitchison
Earlier this season Jack had a short spell on loan with Dumbarton but had returned to his parent club and recently scored twice against Dundee United in Development League. Aitchison has been inspired by watching the progress and breakthrough of Kieran Tierney but now is determined to create his own footsteps and move forward in the game, he will look to impress and help Alloa Athletic in second half of the season, Welcome to the Indodrill Stadium, Jack.
At the same time Jack was joining the Alloa Athletic squad today, Greig Spence was moving to Arbroath FC having been frustrated at lack of first team action this season with "The Wasps", Greig had made only 14 starts this season and scored three goals his last being in 3-0 William Hill Scottish Cup victory in last round versus Brechin City on 24th November, 2018. Greig will always be a favourite with the Alloa Athletic support having so many good memories to remember in a career which saw him make 121 first team appearances for "The Wasps" scoring 47 goals. Greig, leaves with the best wishes of all at The Indodrill Stadium and will look to help Dick Campbell clinch the League One title by the end of this season, good luck Greig and thanks for the memories.
