    Adam Martin one to watch

    Wednesday, August 23, 2017 5:35:59 PM

Late strike gave “The Wasps” full points against Queen’s Park last Saturday the club’s first competitive victory this season. The goal scored by substitute Adam Martin was worthy to win any game, a bold substitution by the manager by a player who is pushing for regular first team action, he has now made nineteen first team appearances and scored two goals for the first team against Peterhead last season and Queen’s Park last Saturday. Adam who only turned nineteen in May this year is progressing well at the club after joining the club from Rossvale Juniors, although previously on books of Dundee United.  Previously capped at Under 18 schoolboy international for Scotland, he was rewarded against England gaining the “Player of the match award”

He made his First Team debut against Stenhousemuir and played against Cowdenbeath in last pre-season in July, 2016.  Adam has a wide array of tricks, is quick and determined and is also a goal threat, a really exciting prospect who will look to continue his progress in first team squad this season.
